Leom Films

Leom Films is tucked away in Guru Teg Bahadur Enclave at E 232B. It’s a small space where we do all our editing and planning. We have a lot of gear stacked up in the corners—cameras, lights, and those heavy black cases that we take out on shoots. The enclave is usually pretty calm, which is nice when we are trying to listen to audio tracks. We aren't some big movie studio with a lot of staff. It’s mostly just us handling everything from the first shot to the final cut. Sometimes the place feels a bit cluttered because we have so many cables and batteries lying around. We spend a lot of time sitting in dark rooms looking at monitors, making sure the cuts are clean. It’s hard work and the hours can be really weird. Sometimes we’re up all night trying to finish a project. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a secretary. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a keyboard or cleaning a lens. We’ve been at this for a bit and we’ve learned to work with what we have. It’s a modest setup but it gets the job done for the people who hire us. We just enjoy the process of putting images together and seeing how they turn out in the end. It’s a decent living.
