Lea Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd

Our office is over in Pul Prahladpur, New Delhi, specifically at Hr 87A 4. If you have ever been to this part of South Delhi, you know it is quite crowded and always has something going on. We operate here as Lea Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd and it is a busy little hub for us. The space isn't huge, but it fits all our computers and the stacks of project files we have to manage. Being near the main roads means there is always a bit of noise from the traffic, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We mostly focus on technical work and administrative tasks that keep our projects on track. It is a bit of a maze getting here if you don't know the lanes, but once you are inside, it is just a normal office. We don't have any of those modern open-plan layouts; it is just a traditional setup where people can focus on their work. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so there is a lot of familiarity in the office. We deal with the usual Delhi heat and the occasional dust from the nearby construction, but we just keep the fans running and stay busy. It is a practical location for us since it is relatively central for getting to different project sites. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor; we just want to get the work done right every single day.
