Our office is located at 216 on the first floor in Lajpatnagar. It’s a bit of a trek up the stairs but it’s a decent spot. Laxmi Remote India is mostly about handling different types of electronics and remote controls. The room is filled with testing equipment and boxes of spare parts. We spend a lot of time sitting at our benches checking things. The area can be a bit noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many different models and wires everywhere. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure everything works right. The neighborhood has lots of small businesses like ours. Parking is always a bit of a headache around here, so most of us take the bus or walk from the station. We’ve got a couple of old fans that make a lot of noise but they keep the air moving. We try to answer the phone whenever it rings, even if we are in the middle of a repair. It’s a busy life but we like being in this part of town. We’ve been here for a couple of years now and know the local food stalls well. We often share some snacks while we go through the inventory lists. The light coming through the window is sometimes blocked by the neighboring building. It is just a regular office for regular work.
