Laxmi Builders

Our office is tucked away in Shivalik Colony, over at A 156 in Malviya Nagar. If you know the area, it is a pretty busy part of town, but our street is a bit more settled. We have been working on construction projects around here for quite some time. It started out as a small operation and it has stayed pretty grounded. We spend most of our days out at sites, checking on bricks and cement, so the office is mostly for when we need to sit down and look at blueprints or talk to someone about a new wall or a house repair. We do not have a big receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, there is just some dust on the boots and a lot of talk about materials. Building things is hard work, especially when the weather is not helping, but it is what we do. People from the colony stop by sometimes just to ask for advice on a leak or a renovation they are thinking about. We try to be helpful. It is a local business, so we rely on people knowing who we are. We are not trying to build the biggest malls in the world, just solid homes and structures for people in the neighborhood. Sometimes things get delayed because a truck did not show up or it rained, but we just keep at it until the job is done. That is how we operate here.
