Laurent And Benon Management Consultants Ltd has people working in a couple of different spots. We spend time at our place in Sriniwas Puri in New Delhi, but we also have an address over in Indira Nagar in Kanpur. It’s a bit of a mix, really. Delhi is always fast and loud, while the Kanpur side feels a little more grounded. We handle management consulting across both locations, which means a lot of traveling back and forth sometimes. In New Delhi, we are at L19 in Sriniwas Puri, which is a busy little corner. Then in Kanpur, you can find us at C 1 59 Indira Nagar. We don’t have a massive corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just small, practical offices where we can sit down and focus. We do a lot of coordination between the two cities. It can be a bit chaotic juggling things in different places, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. Most of our work is just helping businesses sort out their internal stuff. We aren’t big on fancy talk or complicated jargon. We just tell people how it is and help them fix what’s broken. It's a lot of long hours and plenty of tea to keep us going through the afternoons. We’ve been operating like this for a while and it seems to work for us and the people we help. We just take it one project at a time across both cities.
