Kushal Interior Decorator

Our little shop for Kushal Interior Decorator is located right on Vikas Marg in Lakshmi Nagar. If you know Delhi, you know how crazy the traffic is on this road. We are at number 16438, which is a spot surrounded by all kinds of other shops and businesses. Inside, the space is a bit of a jumble with wallpaper books, tile samples, and different wood finishes scattered around. I try to keep it organized, but when a client comes in and we start looking at colors, everything ends up all over the table. The walls are covered with sketches and notes about different projects we are working on. There is always a layer of sawdust somewhere because we are often prepping small pieces or checking measurements. The fan overhead makes a clicking sound on its highest setting, which I really should get fixed one of these days. Most of my time is spent talking to vendors or visiting sites to see how the work is progressing. It is a lot of coordination and making sure the right materials show up at the right time. Sometimes the heat in Lakshmi Nagar is unbearable, so we drink a lot of cold water and keep the door closed to block out the noise from Vikas Marg. It is a busy life, but it keeps us moving and focused on the next home we are trying to put together.
