Our office is right in the middle of all that Karol Bagh energy. It’s a typical Delhi building where space is used as best as it can be. We spend our hours dealing with travel arrangements and sorting through various itineraries. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of data entry and phone calls. The street outside, Joshi Road, is always full of movement. Inside, we have our desks lined up and there’s usually a bit of a hum from the computers and the fan. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We are just regular people who know a lot about travel routes. Sometimes we have tea together while we discuss the day's tasks. Customers come in and out, usually asking about prices or flight connections. We have a lot of maps and schedules lying around the place. It feels very grounded and real.
