Our office is located at D 66 in B K Dutt Colony, right off Jor Bagh Lane near Lodhi Road. It’s an interesting part of New Delhi to work in because of all the history and the trees nearby. We are part of Kuoni Travel India, but this specific branch is pretty low-key. We don't have the big flashy windows you see in malls. Instead, we’re in this quiet colony where it’s a bit more peaceful. We spend our days helping people figure out their travel plans, looking at flight schedules, and sorting out visas. It’s a lot of detail work. Sometimes the printers jam right when we’re in a hurry, or the phones won't stop ringing, but that’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, so the walls have seen a lot of itineraries come and go. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We usually share some snacks in the afternoon while we catch up on emails. It’s not a high-pressure corporate hub; it’s more like a neighborhood office where we just happen to handle travel. People find us because we’ve been around Lodhi Road for so long. We just try to be helpful and get the bookings right. It’s a steady pace and we like the location because it’s easy to get to from different parts of the city. We focus on the work and skip the fancy talk.
