Kotak Mahindra Bank

We are located at Jb 13, Flat 6 in Malviya Nagar. It is a bit of a different setup being in a flat, which makes it feel a bit more personal than those giant glass buildings you see elsewhere in the city. New Delhi is always moving fast, but inside our little space, we try to keep things steady. It is Kotak Mahindra Bank, but on a more local scale. People from Malviya Nagar come in mostly. We know which neighbors are coming before they even open the door. It is not a fancy office. We have our desks and our chairs and enough room for a few people to wait. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if everyone shows up at once. We handle the usual stuff like savings, passbooks, and the occasional loan query. We do not use big words or try to sell things people do not need. We just talk like normal people. If there is a problem with an account, we look into it. Sometimes it takes a day or two to hear back from the main office, and we tell people that straight. It is a simple way of doing things. We like being in this part of town. It feels like we are actually part of the street. Just a regular bank branch in a regular neighborhood trying to help the locals with their money.
