Our office is tucked away in Janak Puri at C2 325. New Delhi is always moving fast, and it’s no different here. We spend a lot of time dealing with elevators and making sure things are working right. It’s not always easy. The phone rings a lot with people asking about repairs or parts. Some days we are out on site more than we are in the office. The Janak Puri area is pretty crowded, so parking can be a real headache for anyone coming by. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We aren't trying to be a big flashy corporate place. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but we get used to it. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for a long time and some newer faces. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. If an elevator breaks down somewhere in the city, we have to move fast. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. We just look at the list of what needs doing and get to it. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s what happens when you’re busy every day.
