We are Kmf Builders Developers. You can find us at Rajendra Place, specifically in room 1003. Rajendra Place is one of those big commercial hubs in Delhi, so it’s always busy. We’ve been up here on the 10th floor for a while now. Being in a building like this means we are surrounded by other businesses, but we just focus on our own construction and development work. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking over project plans. We don’t have a big marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us, the people who work here. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it takes. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when a new project is starting up. Delhi is a fast-paced city, but inside our office, we try to keep things organized. 1003 is our little corner of the world. We have seen a lot of changes in the skyline from our windows over the years. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just builders who know the local market. If you need to reach us, you know where we are. We're usually here from morning till late, just getting things done for our clients and checking on our various sites around the city.
