Khawaja Contractor

Khawaja Contractor is based in Najafgarh, specifically in Block D, Gali Number 9, Das Garden. Our house number is 275. We have been operating from this neighborhood for a good while now. As contractors, our work often takes us out to different sites, but this is where we keep our main office and store our basic equipment. Najafgarh is a busy area and being in Das Garden gives us a good base to reach different parts of the city. The office isn’t anything special to look at. It’s a practical space where we handle our bookings, talk to laborers, and sort out the materials we need for our projects. We don't use much marketing talk because our work usually speaks for itself when people see what we’ve built or fixed. It can get pretty hectic when we have multiple jobs going on at once, but that is just how the contracting business goes. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there with a bunch of site plans or bills. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we know the local suppliers and how things work around here. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our interactions honest and simple. We just show up and do what needs to be done. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just part of the job we chose to do for a living. Most days are long but we like the work.
