Khada Food Chemical Laboratory

Khada Food Chemical Laboratory is located over in the industrial area on Lawrence Road. We are up on the first floor of the Aggarwal Modern Bazar building at C 33. It’s a busy place with lots of trucks moving around and people going to work. Inside the lab, it’s mostly just us looking at different food samples and checking chemicals. We’ve got the equipment set up in a way that makes sense for the space we have. It isn't the biggest lab you’ll ever see but it gets the job done for the people who need us. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you’re carrying things. We spend a lot of time in our white coats just focusing on the details. The industrial area has its own rhythm. Usually, things start early and quiet down late. We keep our schedules simple. There is no big reception desk or fancy waiting room here. You just come in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a bit messy with paperwork sometimes but we know where everything is. Being in Lawrence Road means we are close to a lot of other businesses. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. It’s hard work but someone has to do the testing. We just try to be accurate and honest with what we find in the samples. That is really all there is to how we run things here every day.
