Kgm Exports

We set up Kgm Exports at 12/16 Sarvodaya Enclave, which is right over by the Panchsheel Club in the Sarvapria Vihar area. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in, fairly quiet compared to the main markets. Our day mostly involves checking on shipments and making sure everything is packed correctly for wherever it’s headed. We deal with a lot of different items depending on what’s in demand. It’s mostly about coordinating with suppliers and then figuring out the logistics of getting things moved. The office is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way because it keeps the distractions down. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little overwhelming with all the rules for sending things abroad, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who know the ropes. There are piles of boxes everywhere usually, waiting for the courier to show up. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized, but we try our best. Most of our time is spent on the phone or on the computer tracking stuff. We’ve been in this spot for a good stretch now. It’s a practical location for us. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the steady work of an export house. Usually, we're here until late evening trying to catch up on time zones. It's just a lot of emailing back and forth and waiting for replies from people in different countries.
