Karmkand Point is tucked away in the Rama Park area of Uttam Nagar. Our specific address is A 39. If you know Uttam Nagar, you know it can get really crowded and the streets are always full of people moving around. Being at A 39 in Rama Park means we are right in the middle of all that local energy. We have been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s not a fancy building, just a regular place where we keep our things and do our work. The neighborhood has everything you might need within walking distance, which is helpful. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but that’s just how it is living and working in this part of Delhi. We don’t have a big team or a lot of flashy stuff. It’s just a room with some chairs and the usual office supplies. People in Rama Park generally know where the A block is, so finding A 39 isn’t too difficult once you get off the main road. We keep a simple schedule and mostly just stick to ourselves. The walls are a bit thin, so we hear the neighbors and the street vendors pretty clearly. It's a very grounded place to be.
