Karan Moulders

We operate out of plot number 44 in Rajasthani Udyog Nagar, over in Indira Nagar. Karan Moulders is basically a workshop where we take on different molding jobs. We have been here for a good while, and the place looks like a typical workshop. There are tools laying around and the floor is usually marked up from moving heavy equipment. We aren't one of those big, shiny companies you see in advertisements. It’s just a group of us who know how to work the machines and get the shapes right. Most of our work comes from other businesses that need specific parts made. We spend a lot of time checking the molds and making sure the temperature is just right so the product doesn't warp. It’s repetitive work, but we take it seriously. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, which is frustrating, but we make up for the time later. We don't have a fancy office or a secretary. Usually, you’ll find the owner right there on the floor with the rest of the guys. We talk to our customers directly and tell them honestly how long an order will take. It’s a practical place for practical work. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the hum of the machines before you see the sign. We just keep our heads down and get the molding done.
