Kampus Landing

Kampus Landing is located at K 4 15 in Model Town 2. It’s a place that feels like part of the neighborhood because it really is. Model Town 2 has a specific vibe to it, and being at K 4 15 puts us right in the middle of that daily flow. We don't have a massive sign that lights up the whole street or anything. It's just Kampus Landing, sitting there on our floor. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a little loud, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve gotten used to the sounds of the local vendors and people going about their business. When we tell people the address is K 4 15, they usually know the general area if they live around here. It’s a practical setup for us. There is no fancy reception desk with someone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, it’s just one of us opening the door if someone stops by. We’ve kept things simple at Kampus Landing. The walls aren't covered in awards or anything, just what we need to get through the day. We like being in Model Town 2 because it feels grounded. It isn't like those business parks where everything looks the same. Here, you know where you are. We just do our work, manage our tasks, and keep the lights on at K 4 15. That is basically us in a nutshell. We share the building with some other folks, so there is always some movement.
