We’ve been here on Hari Singh Nalwa Street in Karol Bagh for quite a while now. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how busy it gets around 65/2210. Most days start with opening the shutters and saying hello to the neighbors. Kalco Sales Ltd. isn't some fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a practical place where we keep track of things and handle the day-to-day work. Some people find us easily, others get a bit lost in the lanes, but that’s just how it is here. Dealing with whatever comes our way, from paperwork to inventory, is what keeps us occupied. It’s loud outside most of the time, with the rickshaws and people walking past, but inside the focus is just on getting the jobs done. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do. We’ve seen the street change over the years, new shops coming and going, while we just stay consistent. There isn't much to say about us other than we show up every morning and leave when the work is finished. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the traffic, but that’s Karol Bagh for you. No big marketing team exists here. It’s just us, making sure things move along as they should. Tea breaks happen when there's a quiet moment to talk about the local news. It’s a simple setup, really. Nothing too complicated. It’s just how we live and work.
