You can find Kaizen Consulting India over in Kalka Ji, New Delhi 19. It’s a busy neighborhood, always something happening outside the windows. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space with some desks and computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Being in Kalka Ji means there is plenty of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don’t have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if the door is open, you just walk in and find whoever isn't busy. New Delhi can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the crowds, but we make it work here. We've got our routine down. We start in the morning, have our tea, and get through whatever is on the desk. Sometimes people drop by with questions, and we do our best to help them out with their consulting needs. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours. The walls are a bit plain, and we probably should have painted them last year, but we never got around to it. We're more focused on the actual work than how the room looks. It’s a practical office for practical people. Kalka Ji has been our home for a while now, and we know the area pretty well.
