Kaavya Constructions

We operate out of a DDA flat in Munirika, specifically flat Bf 8D in the Govindpuri area. It’s a typical Delhi setup. If you’ve ever been to the DDA flats in Munirika, you know exactly what the buildings look like. Kaavya Constructions is based right here. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. We mostly use this space to handle the planning and the paperwork for our construction projects. There are always blueprints lying around and people coming in and out. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how construction goes. We aren't corporate types who wear suits all day. We’re more likely to be seen in dusty boots. We’ve been in this area for a while, and people know us around Govindpuri. We just focus on getting the building work done right. We don't have any big mission statements written on the walls. We just show up and do the labor. The flat is a bit small for all of us sometimes, but it’s home. We know the local chai wallah and the neighbors. It’s a very real environment. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a wall is crooked, we say it’s crooked and then we fix it. That’s just how we do things at our place. We are just regular people building things for other regular people. It's honest work.
