You can find K V Venkataraman over in Mayur Vihar Phase I at C 5 9. It’s a residential block that also has some offices mixed in, which makes for a nice atmosphere. Our unit at C 5 9 isn’t very large, but it’s comfortable enough for our daily routines. We have some shelves lined with books and folders that have been there for years. The windows look out onto the street, so we see people walking their dogs or kids coming home from school. It’s a lot different than being in a sterile office tower downtown. We like the pace of life here in Phase I. Our day usually starts with sorting through the mail and checking what tasks are most urgent. We don't have a big sign outside or a bunch of flashy posters inside. It’s just a plain room where we do our business. Most of the people who come by are regulars who have been dealing with us for a while. We keep things pretty informal. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task with a half-finished cup of tea nearby. We don’t try to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We just tell it like it is and handle the work as best as we can. It’s been our home base for a long time and we’re quite settled in this little corner of Mayur Vihar.
