K S Hotels Pvt Ltd is located over in Janakpuri, specifically at Wz 27 and 28 in the B 1 area of Nangli Zalib. This isn't one of those massive luxury towers you see in the glossy magazines. It's a more modest setup that we've been running for a long time now. We have rooms for people who are passing through the city or need a place to stay for a few days while they're doing business in Delhi. The building is tucked away in a spot that can be a little tricky to find if you aren't looking closely at the street signs. We focus on the basics here. Making sure the rooms are clean and the ceiling fans work is what we spend most of our time doing. It gets incredibly hot in the summer months, so we're always checking on the water supply and the coolers. The staff is just a few local guys who know the neighborhood well. We don't have a big fancy restaurant inside, but there's plenty of good food just a short walk away from the front door. Sometimes the place is very quiet, and other times we have a full house with families and travelers making a lot of noise in the halls. It's a bit of a juggling act to keep everything running. We do our own maintenance mostly. If a pipe leaks or a light bulb burns out, we just fix it ourselves. It is what it is.
