K D R Property

We are located over in Safdarjung Enclave, specifically in the Basic Block. If you have walked around this neighborhood, you know it has a bit of a different feel compared to other parts of Delhi. It is a bit more settled. K D R Property operates out of a space that is mostly filled with maps, ledgers, and a few old chairs for when people stop by to chat. It is not a fancy real estate office with glass walls. It is a place where we sit down and look at documents for hours. The windows look out onto the street, and we see the same neighbors walking their dogs or heading to the market every day. It is a bit of a community here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in our notebooks. Everything is a bit cluttered because there is always so much to keep track of. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit there in the dark for a minute until things kick back on. It is just part of life in the Enclave. We do not have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. If you want a drink, we usually just send someone out to the local stall for some chai. It is a very manual way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep track of the listings and the paperwork as it comes in.
