Our business is situated at number 41 in the Najafgarh Road Industrial Area. We deal with various industrial supplies and sometimes we act as a middleman for different parts that local workshops need. It's a dusty part of town with a lot of traffic, especially with the heavy lorries moving in and out all day. The office is small and usually has a few piles of invoices sitting on the desk. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the inventory well. Sometimes a customer calls looking for a specific part that’s hard to find, and we spend the afternoon calling around to see if we can get it for them. It’s mostly about knowing the right people and having the right stuff in stock. The warehouse section is a bit cramped, but we try to keep it organized so we don't lose track of anything. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go. It’s a tough environment, but we’ve managed to keep things moving. We don't put on any airs; we just show up, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Most of our business comes from other units in the industrial area who need something urgently. We aren't fancy, just practical people trying to run a steady operation. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork, but that's just part of the routine. We usually share a round of tea before heading home for the day.
