Jubilee Global Human Resource

Jubilee Global Human Resource is based in Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, specifically at R 68. If you’ve ever walked through the narrow lanes of Khirki, you know it can be a bit of a maze, but we like it here. It’s a very active part of New Delhi with a lot of different people coming and going. Our work is mainly about people—helping with staffing and human resources. This means our office is usually full of resumes and notes from interviews. We don't have a big fancy reception area. Instead, it’s just a few desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about jobs. The atmosphere is usually quite busy, with phones ringing and people discussing placements. We try to keep things simple and helpful. Looking for work or trying to find the right person for a job can be stressful, so we just try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. The neighborhood has a lot of character, with small shops and cafes all around us. We often grab a quick bite from the street vendors nearby. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees; we’re just a small team trying to make the hiring process a bit easier for folks. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork, but it’s what we do. We just take it one day at a time here in Malviya Nagar and handle the workload.
