Jubilant Energy

We’ve been based out of Pinnacle Tower for a while now. It’s right near DPS Indirapuram, so the traffic gets a bit hectic in the mornings when school starts. Most of us here at Jubilant Energy just show up, grab some tea from the stall downstairs, and get to it. The office is in Flat 703, which isn’t huge but it fits everyone. Ghaziabad can be pretty dusty in the summer, but the view from the seventh floor is okay. We spend most of the day on calls or dealing with paperwork. It’s not anything fancy, just a regular workplace where people do their jobs. Sometimes the lift takes forever, which is annoying if you're running late. We’ve got a mix of people, some have been here since the start and others are newer. We don't really do big meetings or anything, we just talk across the desks. It’s a practical setup for what we do. Indirapuram has changed a lot since we moved in, lots more shops and buildings now. We just focus on getting through the workload and heading home. It’s a decent enough spot to work from, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. There’s no big secret to how we operate, we just handle the energy side of things and try to keep everything moving. It's just a bunch of regular folks working in a tower. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the day.
