Our spot is in Vasant Kunj, specifically at C 9 99. It’s a decent area of the city. Jnd Realcom Pvt Ltd is basically a small team working out of this space. We deal with a lot of property-related stuff, so there are blueprints and maps lying around the office. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic things in the world, but they get the job done. We’ve been here long enough that the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, honestly. It’s a no-frills environment. We don't have a receptionist at a marble desk or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. That’s just the way it goes here. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and buildings. Vasant Kunj is a good place to be because things are always happening nearby. Sometimes we get lunch from the local stalls and eat at our desks while finishing up reports. It gets a bit cramped when we have visitors, but we make room by moving some folders. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the numbers are right and the paperwork is filed correctly. It's a simple operation with people who have been doing this for a long time. The office is usually quiet in the afternoons, which is when we get the most writing done.
