Our place is in Mohalla Jandipuar, Ward Number 26. We are very close to the Gushian Ka Mandir, which is a big landmark here in Palwal. If you ask anyone near the temple, they can usually point you toward us. Despite the name, we do not have a grand building. It is just a simple, solid place where we handle our business every day. We have been here for a long time and we know most of the people in this part of town. In a small city like this, your reputation is the most important thing you have. We just try to be fair and do what we say we will do. When there are festivals at the temple, the whole street gets very crowded and we see a lot of people passing by. Inside the office, things are kept very basic with just some desks and chairs. We handle different types of work depending on what is needed that day. Most of our business is done through face-to-face talks rather than over the phone or internet. People just walk in and we sit down to discuss things over a cup of tea. It is a tight-knit community here in Haryana and we are glad to be a part of it. We do not have any big plans to change things; we just want to keep serving our neighbors as we have for years.
