We are based in the Naraina Industrial Area, Phase I. Our unit is at A 89 1. If you know this area, you know it is full of small factories and lots of trucks moving in and out all day. It is a very industrial setting and our space is built to be functional rather than pretty. There is almost always the sound of machines running in the background, which can make it a bit loud. We have been here for quite some time now and we are used to the pace of the area. We handle a lot of technical scanning and color work, which requires us to spend a lot of time looking at monitors and checking prints. We do not have a plush waiting area for clients. Most people just drop off their files and we get to work on them. The staff here are very experienced and they know how to handle the equipment even when it gets a bit temperamental. Sometimes a machine will act up and we have to spend the afternoon getting it back in order. We do not do any marketing or have a sales team. Our work comes from other businesses in the neighborhood who need things done correctly and on time. It is a busy and often ink-stained kind of life, but it suits us. We just focus on keeping the machines running and getting the orders finished.
