We are located over in Savitri Nagar at 194 A, which is quite near the Chirag Delhi area. It is a busy little part of the city with lots of narrow streets and shops. We have been in this location for a long time and many people in the neighborhood know where to find us. The office itself is quite modest. We have a couple of rooms where we sit and talk with the people who come to visit us. There are usually a lot of books and charts around, and sometimes you can smell incense in the air. We do not have a receptionist or any fancy staff; usually, one of us just goes to the door when there is a knock. It is a very personal and quiet way of doing things. We listen to a lot of people's stories and try to offer whatever help we can based on what we know. The street outside is always noisy with the sounds of scooters and people going about their business, but inside it stays relatively calm. We do not spend money on big advertisements or promotions. Most of the people who come to see us were told about the place by a friend or a family member. It feels more like being part of the community than running a typical business. We just take each day as it comes and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
