Jitendra Kumar Pancharia

I’m Jitendra Kumar Pancharia and my place is right on Tis Hazari Main Road, number 330. If you know that area, you know how incredibly busy it gets. There are people everywhere, cars honking, and everyone is in a hurry because of the courts nearby. Being on the main road means there’s never a dull moment. I’ve been at 330 for a long time. The office is a bit old, but it has character. We have high ceilings and lots of old shelves filled with books and files. It smells a bit like old paper in here, which I actually quite like. My day usually consists of people dropping in with questions or needing help with their paperwork. It’s a fast-paced environment but I try to keep a calm head. I don’t have a fancy waiting room with coffee machines. It’s just some wooden chairs and a fan that clicks a bit while it spins. People don’t seem to mind. They come here because they know I’ll listen and try to help them out. I’ve spent many years on Tis Hazari Main Road and I’ve seen all sorts of things. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the noise, but I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s where the action is. I just keep my head down and do the work that’s in front of me every day. If the traffic is too bad, I just stay a little later until it clears up.
