Jindal Pipes Limited operates out of Flat No 213 in the Manbhavan Apts. This is at Plotno 26, Sector 10 in Dwaraka, New Delhi. Dwaraka is one of those places that feels like it’s constantly expanding, with new blocks and parks everywhere. Our office is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel less like a cold office and more like a home base. We deal with pipes, which isn't the most glamorous business, but it’s something people always need. The flat is filled with files and catalogs. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. If you want to see what we have, we usually just pull out a folder or show you some samples we keep in the back room. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise when we are moving things around. New Delhi weather can be tough, especially in the summer, but the thick walls of the apartment keep it somewhat cool. We aren't doing any big advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a local office handling orders and talking to suppliers. Sometimes the tea guy comes around, and we take a short break, but mostly we are just at our desks. It’s a steady kind of work. We’ve been in Sector 10 for some time now and know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick lunch. It is just an ordinary office.
