Our place is at 477 Tis Hazari Main Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how hectic it gets. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking right outside the door. We’ve been at this address for a long time and we’ve gotten used to the noise. The office is usually full of people coming and going. We have a lot of folders and registers because that’s just the way things are done here. It’s a very traditional setup. We don’t go in for anything too modern or stylish. The wooden desks have been here as long as I can remember. We spend most of our time talking to people and writing things down by hand. It feels more personal that way. The tea man comes by several times a day and we always look forward to that. It’s a small break in a busy schedule. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just help the people who walk through the door. Tis Hazari is a tough place to work sometimes because of the crowds, but it’s where we belong. We know the other shop owners on the main road and we all look out for each other. It’s a real community even if it’s a bit chaotic. We just keep our heads down and do the work we have to do.
