Up in Narela at J-3360, that is where our little factory is. The DSIDC area is huge and it took us a while to get settled here. We work with polymers. It involves a lot of mixing and processing stuff. It’s a bit far from the city center so we spend a lot of time on the road. The crew here is mostly local guys who have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big office or a reception desk. You just walk in and find someone on the floor. We deal with raw materials that go into making all sorts of things like buckets or tubes. The smell of melting plastic is something you get used to after a while. We try to keep the machines maintained but they are old and sometimes they act up. When that happens, everything slows down and we have to fix it ourselves. It’s a practical sort of life. We don't worry about branding or logos much. We just want to make sure the quality of the polymer is okay for the customers. Some days are very long and we stay late to finish a batch. It’s just how it goes when you run a small industry in Narela. We keep a small kettle for tea in the corner for the workers. It's nothing fancy, just a workplace where we put in our hours and go home. We have been here for a long time now and we know the business well.
