Jai Shree Balaji Plastic

Down on Veer Savarkar Road in Narela, you’ll find Jai Shree Balaji Plastic. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. We started this place because we knew a bit about plastics and wanted to run our own show. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend most of our hours surrounded by raw materials and finished products waiting to be shipped out. The floor is usually covered in scraps, and we’re constantly moving things around to make space. It’s a small team here. We don’t have a big human resources department or corporate office. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are filled correctly. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves. That’s just part of life in Narela. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing because most of our work comes from people we’ve known for years. We just try to be straight with everyone. If a delivery is going to be late, we say so. It’s better than making up excuses. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other small business. But we’re still here, opening the gates every morning and getting to work. It’s honest labor and it keeps us going. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job.
