J V Plastic Industries is located in Tilak Nagar at RL 41. We are a small-scale setup that works with plastic manufacturing and supplies. It’s not a high-tech factory with robots; it’s more about manual work and machines that have been running for years. Our floor is usually covered with scraps of plastic and the smell of heating materials is always in the air. We produce various items that people and other businesses need for their own products. It’s a lot of repetition, watching the molds and making sure the shapes come out right. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation with a huge headquarters. We like being in Tilak Nagar where we can manage things ourselves. Our office is just a small corner with a wooden desk and a lot of ledgers. We deal with local suppliers and customers who have been buying from us for a long time. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing them ourselves, but that’s just part of owning a small industry. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. We just rely on the quality of the plastic we put out and the word of mouth from people we’ve worked with over the years. It’s a practical, no-nonsense business where we just focus on the work at RL 41 every single day until the job is done.
