J B Malik is situated right across from the Central School, at 5 Udyan Mg in the Gole Mkt area near the Delhi G P O. It’s a central spot, so we get a lot of people passing by. The building is older, but it serves its purpose. We handle various bits of business from this office. It’s usually just a few of us here, surrounded by stacks of files and the sound of the traffic outside. Gole Mkt has its own character, and we've been a part of it for quite a while. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches. This is our main spot. We spend most of the morning dealing with phone calls and the afternoon sorting through the paperwork. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just provide what’s needed and try to stay organized. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that’s just how it goes in a busy city like Delhi. We like being near the school and the post office because it feels like we’re in the middle of everything. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about moving. We know the neighborhood well and most of our neighbors know us too. It's just a regular office doing regular work every day.
