Itl is our small operation based out of Faridabad. We’re in the Manglam Regency Apartments, specifically at number 52 in 21 D, Plot 12 A. It’s a residential area, which makes the work environment feel a lot more relaxed than a standard commercial block. We decided to set up here because it was convenient and felt like a good place to focus. The office is really just a couple of rooms where we have our desks and some equipment. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our work well. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we have a good rhythm. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, though you can hear the city sounds in the distance. We spend our days going through emails, making calls, and sorting out whatever problems pop up. There isn’t a boss in a suit here, just people in jeans trying to get through the to-do list. Sometimes we have tea breaks on the balcony to clear our heads. We don't have any polished brochures or corporate speeches to give. We just tell people where we are and what we’re working on. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. Being in Plot 12 A has worked out well for us so far, and we plan to stay here and keep things moving at our own pace.
