Our office is actually Flat No 405 in Block 1 of the Keerthi Manor building. We are located on the 3rd Main road in GM Palya, which is a nice residential area in Bangalore. It is a bit unusual to run a technology company out of an apartment, but it works well for us. We have turned the living room and the bedrooms into work areas with desks and monitors everywhere. It feels a bit like a home, which makes the long hours of coding more comfortable. You have to sign in at the security gate of Keerthi Manor before coming up to the fourth floor. We don’t have a big neon sign or anything, just a small nameplate on the door. The balcony looks out over the rest of GM Palya, and we often stand out there to talk about our projects. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when we have more than a few people in the flat, but we are a close-knit group so we don’t mind. We do all our software work and testing right here. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the usual sounds of the city in the distance. We like the fact that we can just walk down the street and find a small shop for tea or snacks. It is a very local way of doing things, and it keeps us grounded while we work on tech.
