Iqms

Our place is in Dilshad Colony, specifically unit A 102. It’s a pretty standard spot in Delhi. We’ve been here for a bit, and the office has definitely seen better days, but it serves its purpose for Iqms. We deal with management systems, which basically means a lot of checking lists and making sure things follow the rules. It sounds a bit dry, and honestly, some days it is. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There’s just a handful of us sitting in the office, making sure the work gets done correctly. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just explain things to our clients in plain English. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing up reports. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, which is nice for a break. We take turns making tea for the office. There’s no dress code here, we just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day at the desk. It’s a practical environment. We don't try to be something we're not. We just provide the service we said we would, and that’s about it. It’s a living, and we’re happy with how things are going. We just keep our heads down and work.
