Our office is tucked away in the Khirki Extension area of Malviya Nagar, which is a pretty crowded spot in New Delhi. It’s easy to get lost in these lanes if you don't know where you're going, but R 88 D 5 is where we spend our days. We do a lot of work related to health systems and helping people get the care they need, but we do it from the administrative side mostly. It’s a lot of planning and coordinating. The neighborhood is full of life, with shops and people everywhere, so it never feels quiet. We’ve got a small team here and we mostly just focus on the tasks at hand without making a big fuss about it. The building itself is just a standard Delhi structure, nothing too modern, but it’s home to us. Sometimes the power cuts out for a minute and we all just wait for the generator to kick in so we can get back to our emails. We aren’t interested in sounding important or using big words to describe our daily routine. We just show up, do what we can to support health initiatives, and then head home through the Malviya Nagar traffic. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Friday. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the local folks know who we are.
