You can find Intersoft Data Labs at A 60 in the Dayanand Colony part of Lajpat Nagar IV. If you know New Delhi, you know this area is always moving. Our office is on the second floor, which gives us a little bit of a view of the street below. We handle a lot of data processing and technical work from this spot. It’s a typical colony building setup, so it feels more like a home that turned into a workspace. We have desks crammed with monitors and plenty of wires running along the floor. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The team is small, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don’t need many rules. We just get in, check what needs to be done for the day, and start on the data sets. Lunch usually comes from one of the local spots nearby, and we often eat at our desks while we talk. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of people who are good with numbers and computers. We deal with the usual power cuts and the noise from the market, but it doesn't stop us. It’s just our little corner of Lajpat Nagar where we get the job done without any unnecessary drama.
