Our office is over on Link Road in Lajpat Nagar 3. It's house number 75. It’s a busy area of New Delhi, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We handle shipping stuff here, so there’s a lot of checking on schedules and talking to people about where their goods are. It’s not the kind of job that looks like the movies. Most of the time we are just sitting at our desks, typing away or looking through documents. The office is a bit crowded with all the desks we’ve managed to fit in, but it works for us. We've got G. Srinivas heading things up here. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we get a break. The traffic on Link Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit later to avoid the worst of it. We don't have a big marketing department or any fancy brochures. People usually find us because they need help with their freight and someone told them we’re here. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but our little spot remains pretty much the same. It’s a practical workplace where we focus on getting the cargo where it needs to go without much fuss. We just try to keep things organized.
