International Resources Group

Our office is tucked away in Gautam Nagar, specifically at 142C on the third floor of the Rashmi building. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day since there isn’t always a lift working or it’s just faster to take the stairs. International Resources Group has been operating from this spot in New Delhi for some time. It's a busy neighborhood, always something happening outside on the street. Inside, we handle a lot of different resource management tasks. It's mostly about coordinating things and making sure the right people get what they need. We have a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of folders. The summer heat in Delhi can be tough, but we have our fans and AC units going to keep us moving. We aren't a massive corporate giant with glass walls; it's more of a practical workspace where we can actually get things finished. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how the routine goes. We grab lunch from the local shops nearby or bring tiffins from home. It's a simple setup. We deal with various projects and paperwork throughout the day. People come by for meetings, and we try to sort out whatever issues are on the table. It’s just regular work in a regular part of the city, really. No big mystery to it, just keeping things moving along.
