We set up shop here in Vasant Vihar at D 8 10. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, just like anywhere else around this part of New Delhi. International Placewell Consultants Pvt Ltd has been around for a good bit now. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of floors and elevators. It's just a solid group of us working out of this office every day. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails, trying to help people get their documents in order for their travels or school. There’s always a stack of folders on someone’s desk and the printer is usually running in the corner. We don't go in for those big marketing campaigns. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or just by seeing our name around the neighborhood. We try to be helpful and honest about what can actually be done. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work, nothing too glamorous. Some days are quieter than others, which finally gives us a chance to catch up on all the filing we've missed. We’ve grown a bit over the years, but we still feel like a small team. Everyone knows everyone else here. We just want to do right by the people who come to us for help. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us.
