You can find us over at L 595 in Mangol Puri, which is a pretty active part of New Delhi. Being in the land development business means we deal with a lot of maps and legal documents every single day. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints rolled up in corners and stacks of files on every available surface. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now. People from the area often drop by to ask about plots or just to see what is available in the market. It is not a very formal place. You will usually find a few of us sitting around a large table discussing different sites. The walls have some old photos of projects we have been involved with over the years. Mangol Puri is always noisy and there is a lot of dust because of all the construction happening nearby. We just keep a fan going and get on with our work. It is a very hands-on job, and we spend as much time out on the field as we do sitting in this office. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish up how we look. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the deals done correctly. It is a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities and clients, which keeps us busy from morning until late evening most days of the week.
