Setting up International Conferences isn't as easy as people think when they just see the final event. Our small office is tucked away at II A 84 in New Delhi, and most of the time, it’s just a mess of phone cords and printed schedules. We spend hours on the phone trying to coordinate with speakers and finding places for people to stay. New Delhi is a fast place, and 110 024 is where we handle the bulk of the emails. There are always last-minute changes that drive us a bit crazy. Someone cancels or a flight gets delayed, and we’re the ones who have to scramble to fix it. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just us sitting at our desks, drinking tea, and making sure the registrations are actually working. The walls are covered in calendars and old posters from past events we’ve done. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a headache when you're trying to send out hundreds of invites. We aren't trying to be the biggest group out there, just trying to make sure the meetings we organize go off without too many hitches. It’s honest work, even if it gets stressful when a deadline is approaching. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the neighbors know us as the people who are always typing away late into the evening. It is a bit cramped but it serves our needs just fine.
