We’ve been running Interarch Building Products Pvt Ltd out of this office in Sriniwaspuri for quite some time now. If you know New Delhi, you know how busy this area gets, especially being right near Mata Mandir. We are up on the second floor of J 33, and it’s a pretty basic setup where we handle all the building product stuff. People often get lost finding the lane, but once you see the temple, you’re basically there. My desk is tucked in the corner, and we usually have a lot of paperwork piled up because that is just how the building industry works. It’s not a fancy corporate glass building or anything. It is just a local spot where we get our work done every day. We deal with various construction materials and designs, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb when we’re carrying samples, but we don't mind it. The neighbors are mostly families and small shops, so it feels more like a community than a business park. We’ve had a few different people come through these doors over the years, and some of us have stayed on since the start. We drink a lot of tea while looking over project plans. It’s a quiet life here mostly, except for when the temple has a festival and the whole street fills up. We just keep our heads down and try to finish our work on time.
