Our office is located at W Z 72 7A in Mahan Nagar, which is in the Janak Puri area of New Delhi. It is a very busy part of the city and there are always people moving around outside. Our place is quite simple and we focus on helping people find jobs and helping businesses find staff. We spend a lot of time looking at resumes and talking on the phone. The office doesn't have much in it, just a few desks and some chairs for visitors. Janak Puri is a crowded place, so it never really gets quiet around here. We have been at this address for a long time and we like being part of the local community. We don't use any fancy systems to keep track of things; often a simple notebook works best for us. All kinds of people walk through our door every day. Some are young and looking for their first start, while others have years of experience. We just listen to what they want and try to see if we have anything that fits. It’s not always an easy task. Sometimes the phones ring all day long and it gets a bit overwhelming. We don't have a corporate feel here at all. It feels more like a small shop where you can sit and have a cup of tea. We don't make huge promises. We just try to be as helpful as we can.
