Dealing with insurance in such a crowded part of New Delhi means we meet all kinds of people every day. Some are in a hurry and just want to drop off a check, while others want to sit down and go through every single detail of their plan. We try to keep up with everyone as best as we can. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight when we have several visitors at once. It’s a very practical sort of job, and we just focus on getting the insurance papers processed so people don't have to wait around in the heat. We don't spend time on long meetings about strategy.
